Towback provides a platform for locating towed vehicles, estimating release fees, and facilitating third-party vehicle delivery. We do not own or operate tow lots; we are an information and logistics facilitator.
Fee estimates and vehicle locations are based on historical data and third-party reports. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any price estimate. Users are responsible for verifying final totals with the respective tow lot.
Delivery services are performed by third-party contractors. By requesting delivery, you authorize the transport of your vehicle from the identified lot to your provided address. Cenova Spark LLC is not liable for damages occurring during third-party transport.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cenova Spark LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
